Our aim is to deliver high quality transcripts, with the emphasis on accuracy and fluency. All transcripts are fully checked and thoroughly proofread before delivery to our clients, with particular attention being paid to spelling, punctuation, consistency of formatting and continuity.

We have available an extensive reference system, including legal authorities, regulations, glossaries, specialist terminology and links to many other useful information resources. A dedicated Style Guide is produced to meet each client’s exact requirements.

Data Protection

Transcribe UK conform to all applicable United Kingdom data protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act. The security and confidentiality of data is at the heart of everything we do.

Transcribe UK has developed a secure online extranet for the transmission and storage of all transcription data. The system is password protected with access restricted to named persons identified by our clients, such access being limited to the relevant section of the portal relating to their data. The portal is available for users 24 hours a day and is monitored constantly by our IT provider.
